Daniel Z ("I", "me") built the Tractor Speed - Farm Speedometer app
(package name net.zidan.tractorspeed) as an ad-supported app. This Service is
provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page informs visitors of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I do not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience, while using the Service I may require certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address and location. Location data is used only on-device to compute your tractor's speed and is not transmitted to or retained on my servers.

These providers may collect device identifiers, IP address, app usage, and crash diagnostic data on their own behalf, under their own privacy policies, to serve ads, measure app usage, and diagnose crashes. I do not sell or share your Personal Information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
Whenever you use my Service, in the case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through the third-party services above) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the app configuration at the time of the error, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic statistics.
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries (see above) that use cookies or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse these; refusing may limit some functionality of those third-party services.
I may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons: to facilitate my Service; to provide the Service on my behalf; to perform Service-related tasks; or to assist me in analyzing how my Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on my behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Location data used to compute speed is processed on-device only and is never uploaded or stored by me. Diagnostic data collected via Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics and AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies, not mine. I do not operate a database of user Personal Information; uninstalling the app removes all app-local data from your device. If you have contacted me by email, I retain that correspondence only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
I value your trust in providing your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Those external sites are not operated by me; I strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.
